Tenez compte du fait que Phones Rugged ne répare que les terminaux sous garantie, si nécessaire, pour les produits achetés sur notre site Internet : www.phonesrugged.be. Si vous avez acheté votre terminal auprès d’une autre entreprise ou d’un autre fournisseur, vous devez les contacter ou accepter le coût de la réparation.
Nous souhaitons vous aider, par exemple pour le moindre problème de configuration, ou tout simplement pour exprimer un doute, et notamment si vous devez envoyer votre mobile en réparation.
Envoyez-nous le formulaire ci-joint et un de nos agents vous contactera sans engagement dans un délai maximum de 3 jours ouvrables. Si vous préférez, écrivez-nous également un e-mail avec plus d’espace et des photos jointes si vous en avez besoin à l’adresse : rma.blackview@gmail.com
Si cela est finalement nécessaire, nous vous recommandons d’envoyer le terminal avec l’emballage d’origine, pour éviter les accidents lors du transport, sans accessoires qui ne sont pas nécessaires. Dans le cas où le terminal arriverait endommagé, le client supportera les frais occasionnés par les dommages lors du transport.
